Akaroa Golf Club offers its Clubrooms & Course as a venue for Weddings, Commitment Ceremonies and Special Functions. The Clubrooms are an excellent venue for receptions and comfortably seats up to 100 guests.

Catering can be provided from your choice of external caterers, or we can assist you in catering options.

We have a portable microphone and speaker system, kitchen facilities, and an extensive Licensed Bar at competitive prices. We can also arrange a special event liquor licence if required.

You will have access to the clubrooms to arrange seating, room & table decorations prior to the event.

Cleanup the following day can be done by yourselves, or by the club cleaning staff for a modest additional fee.

Weddings and Special Event Fees:  

POA. A 20% Deposit is required on confirmation of your booking with the balance of the hire fee to be paid seven days before the event. The Club will provide bar service & receive all bar takings.
